Meet Sarah Mitchell
Sarah Mitchell founded PEPTARA Health after spending nearly a decade working in the health and wellness industry — first as a biochemistry researcher, then as a consultant helping clients across North Carolina navigate the often confusing world of body enhancement and longevity science.
"I kept seeing the same problem over and over," Sarah explains. "People were either buying from suppliers with no transparency — no COA, no real support — or they were completely priced out of the market. I knew there was a better way."
In 2023, Sarah launched PEPTARA Health from her home in North Carolina with a simple mission: supply research-grade peptides at fair prices, with every batch independently verified for purity, and with real human support available by text or call. What started as a small operation serving clients in the Carolinas has grown into a nationwide supplier trusted by over 400 customers across the USA and internationally.
Sarah personally oversees every aspect of PEPTARA's quality assurance process — from selecting laboratory partners to reviewing each Certificate of Analysis before products are made available to customers. Her biochemistry background means she understands not just what the lab numbers say, but what they mean for the person using the product.
Outside of PEPTARA, Sarah is a certified health coach, an avid trail runner, and a passionate advocate for evidence-based wellness in an industry she believes is too often dominated by marketing over science.
