We weigh the packed order and send you the exact FedEx shipping cost by text or email. Free shipping applied automatically for qualifying orders.

Ships Within 24hrs

Once shipping is paid your order is dispatched via FedEx with full tracking. You'll receive your tracking number immediately.

Total time from order to dispatch: Typically 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on weekdays are usually packed and invoiced the same day. We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays.

Despite our best efforts, extreme weather can occasionally affect transit temperatures. If your package arrives with fully melted ice packs:

  • Photograph the package and ice packs immediately
  • Text us at (704) 605-9477 within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will assess and arrange a replacement if needed
  • Do not discard packaging until the matter is resolved
Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and cold-chain products, our returns policy is limited but we will always do right by our customers.

⚠️ General Returns Policy

Due to cold-chain integrity and research compound requirements, we are unable to accept general returns on peptide products once dispatched. We strongly recommend contacting us before ordering if you have any questions about a product.

  • All sales are final once a product has been dispatched
  • We cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted products
  • Returns are not accepted due to change of mind
  • Research compounds cannot be reshelved for quality reasons

We will arrange a replacement or full refund in these situations. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Product arrived visibly damaged or broken
  • Incorrect product shipped (wrong compound or size)
  • Package arrived at unsafe temperature (ice fully melted)
  • Significant purity discrepancy confirmed against COA
  • Order confirmed lost in transit by FedEx
